The Carousel of Dreams by Ken Means will be a community hub, where joy and nostalgia come together to create lasting memorites. The Carousel will offer residents and tourists the opportunity to uplift others, while experiencing the timeless joy of carousel rides, complemented by curated experiences and events at The Factory at Franklin.
